BOXING โ An hour of boxing and kickboxing cardio using boxing gloves, focus mitts, kick pads and body bags! Suitable for all fitness levels, just bring your towel and water, held at the athletics field ๐
MATURE MOVERS โ An hour of low impact and low intensity body weight exercises, suitable for the mature generation. This class is a good introduction for anyone just starting out on their fitness journey. Sometimes we use, dumbbells, barbells, fit balls and resistance bands! POWERBAR โ An hour of resistance training using barbells to music, weights is a fast way to shape up and lose body fat. This is a great way to develop strength and confidence, Suitable for all fitness levels. Call or txt for details ๐
