Leβfit Class Descriptions:
BOXING β An hour of boxing and kickboxing cardio using boxing gloves, focus mitts, kick pads and body bags! Suitable for all fitness levels, just bring your towel and water, held at the RSL oval ?
MATURE MOVERS β An hour of low impact and low intensity body weight exercises, suitable for the mature generation. This class is a good introduction for anyone just starting out on their fitness journey. Sometimes we use, dumbbells, barbells, fit balls and resistance bands! We even get out the boxing equipment from time to time! Call or txt for details π
POWERBAR β An hour of resistance training using barbells to music, weights is a fast way to shape up and lose body fat. This is a great way to develop strength and confidence, held in the RSL auditorium. Suitable for all fitness levels!Β
CROSSTRAINβ An hour of combinations and intervals of cardio and strength exercises and drills! This is a sure way to improve your stamina, strength, power and speed. Itβs a challenge that will shock your body to change ? This is held out in the RSL oval.Β
STRETCH β A 15 minute low impact aerobics style warm up followed by 45 min of static stretching! Suitable for any fitness level, Call or txt for details π
