MATURE MOVERS – An hour of low impact and low intensity body weight exercises, suitable for the mature generation. This class is a good introduction for anyone just starting out on their fitness journey. Sometimes we use, dumbbells, barbells, fit balls and resistance bands! We even get out the boxing equipment from time to time!
Only $5 a session, held in the Fit & Well Studio.
